These days food waste is a huge problem. There are thousands and thousands of tons of food thrown away because the expiration date is near, and the retailers, restaurants, and others food entities have to get rid of it just because the law does not allow them to be consumed/sold, although the food is still edible. This is where our platform fits in: the main goal is to get a meaning and real use to the food that is about to expire, avoiding it to be wasted.
