WeChangers is creating a social good network to ease the access to knowledge through a collaborative, sharing and open source platform, which will gather and organize social good sector information (projects, organizations, networks, people and grants) and provide social entrepreneurs organizations and Grantmakers with tools to increase its impact. We are currently developing a prototype and we will need to start developing specific features.
